Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Missing apartment/suite numbers
- Carrier delivery issues due to wrong customer information
If a package is returned to us, you may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.
For lost packages:
- If tracking shows the package as delivered, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.
- If tracking shows no movement for several days, contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
