Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Your Dance Closet. We want you to love every item you purchase, and we are committed to providing a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as tights, undergarments, earrings, or custom items are not eligible for return.

CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Exchanges depend on product availability.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
